Winless following 9 attempts for Paul Nolan in Ireland but made a winning start for this yard at Hexham in September. Proved that no fluke when following up off 6 lb higher at Ayr (24.3f, good to soft) and a further 4 lb rise may not be enough to prevent him from going in again.

Improved when switched to handicaps last term, runner-up 4 times on the bounce prior to deservedly opening his account at Ayr (24.3f, good to soft) in April. Failed to land a blow on C&D reappearance but entitled to come on for that and he's not ruled out.

Largely campaigned over fences in recent seasons, notching fifth success in that sphere at Carlisle last December. Runner-up on latest hurdles start in a Hexham novice (23.3f, good) in March and definite chance here off an attractive mark, provided he's ready to roll.

Landed hat-trick between December and January last season but recent reappearance effort here (21f, good to soft) was underwhelming, even allowing for the fact that he may have needed the run.

Enhanced excellent record here when landing a 9-runner 22.7f handicap in good style during the spring. Below par both starts (also at this course) the following month, though, and she's yet to conclusively prove herself over 3m+.

Posted one of his better efforts when chasing home a highly progressive type at Hexham (23.3f, good to soft) in June. However, he was struggling a long way out with cheekpieces refitted (on again here) back from a break last month and is now 1-16 under Rules.

Responded well to first-time blinkers when landing a 23.7f Newcastle novice in February. Best effort since when third over this C&D in May but well held at Perth on latest start (since undergone a wind op) and cheekpieces now refitted.

Ran to fair level when fourth in Newcastle maiden last December but he's failed to make an impact in 2 subsequent starts at this track, including on recent return/handicap debut here (21f, good to soft).

Shaped pretty well first 2 starts in novice hurdles at around 2½m but subsequent efforts have left much to be desired.

Thorough stayer who needed every yard to score at Catterick (25.3f, good to soft) in January. Form has been rather up-and-down since (poor in 2 starts so far this season) and hopes here pinned on first-time cheekpieces helping to spark a return to form.
